3-27-11 Video: Recipe to Shed Water Weight...soooo good
My Ayurvedic doctor gave me this recipe after I had told her I had a night of too much drinking and that it had made me all puffy. I tried the recipe (see video below) and it definitely made me pee every hour until bedtime...it was a lot of liquid...so I guess it worked! The recipe calls for water but I used chicken broth and it was DELICIOUS. So good that I actually bought more diakon radishes and asparagus so I could make it again tonight! I don't think the dish would be nearly as good with water. If you try it, let me know your results. I use fresh, home made chicken broth as a replacement for water as much as possible. It is sooooo good for you and it's so easy to make...I make it at least once a week and everyone in our household is happy to have it.

Water Weight Eradicator Recipe:
6 slices of daikon radish
some asparagus
some ground coriander
some black pepper
some soma salt or celtic sea salt
cover with water (or chicken broth) and simmer till veggies are soft.
I wanted to play with the recipe a bit so I added less chicken broth and let the veggies simmer until all the liquid was gone. Then I put them on some crostini I made from a Whole Foods baguette. I brushed them with ghee, toasted them until crisp then topped them in the diakon radish dish and devoured every one of them.
This soundsgood. When can I come over for dinner. Thanks for the instructions.
