Wednesday 2/23/11 Acupuncture video and followup

10:25...just got home from Spanish and Sangria....dos vasos de vino have me feeling muy bueno!  But not as much as the acupuncture I got last night!   Yesterday I laid in my bed half the day and on the floor the other half. My back was in constant and terrible pain....it was AWFUL. Today, I woke up stiff but throughout the day I felt much better.  Tonight, I am greeting my fiance (coming home late from school and on his birthday!) happy and energetic!  My back is only somewhat painful and I can actually turn my head in both directions without fear of horrible sensations arising in my spine.  I can't help but think it was acupuncture that alleviated my pain.  In the past when my back has gone out, I was out of commission for a week.   I am a little tipsy so maybe I am premature in saying this but, I think I am going to recover very quickly!  Yay!
